Dominique Duncan is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength & Conditioning Association with a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Health and Fitness from Portland State University and a Doctorate of Chiropractic from Life West Chiropractic College. As a former collegiate and semi-professional soccer player, she brings firsthand experience and a deep understanding of the physical demands of sport. Dominique takes an integrated approach to athlete performance and recovery, combining evidence-based strength and conditioning, soft tissue work, chiropractic care, and injury prevention strategies. She is passionate about helping athletes and active individuals move better, recover faster, reduce injury risk, and perform at their highest level.
