Jared

Performance Coach & Speed Specialist
Jared Elliott brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to ASP, with a B.A. in Sports Health & Wellness and certifications in: Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Registered Strength & Conditioning Coach (RSCC) through the National Strength & Conditioning Association, and Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Jared has trained athletes all over the world, including the Tampa Bay Rays, Oakland Athletics, and the Swedish National Baseball Academy and Swedish National Team on strength and conditioning matters.

Jack

Founder, Athletic Trainer & Performance Coach
Jack Cooney is the founder and director of ASP and a certified athletic trainer through the National Athletic Trainers Association. He also holds certifications as a strength and conditioning coach through the National Strength and Conditioning Association in addition to performance coaching through the Olympic USA Weightlifting Association.

With experience working with athletes from the most novice levels to collegiate, professional, and Olympic levels, Jack helps athletes maximize their performance in both sport and life, long into the future.

Dominique

Performance Coach & Doctor of Chiropractic

Dominique Duncan is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength & Conditioning Association with a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Health and Fitness from Portland State University and a Doctorate of Chiropractic from Life West Chiropractic College. As a former collegiate and semi-professional soccer player, she brings firsthand experience and a deep understanding of the physical demands of sport. Dominique takes an integrated approach to athlete performance and recovery, combining evidence-based strength and conditioning, soft tissue work, chiropractic care, and injury prevention strategies. She is passionate about helping athletes and active individuals move better, recover faster, reduce injury risk, and perform at their highest level.
