How does the free assessment work?

On all monthly fitness plans at Accelerate Sports Performance (ASP) you can enjoy an assessment on us! If you sign up for a membership before or during the time of your assessment, the assessment cost will be baked into the cost of your membership. Only non-members will be charged for assessments. See our Terms Policy and Privacy Policy for details.

When can I train at ASP?

The Basic membership allows up to 8 sessions per month and the Enthusiast plan allows you take advantage of up to 5 sessions per week per month. If we feel that you can safely benefit from more training and you are on the Enthusiast plan, we will prescribe additional sessions at no additional cost.

Members can drop in anytime during our hours of operation. No scheduling necessary.

Do you need my credit card information for the assessment?

We do ask for credit card info for the free assessment. But don’t worry, you won’t be charged for the assessment if you sign up for a membership before or during the time of your assessment.

Which plan is right for me?

Choosing which of ASP’s plans is right for you is very much based on your accessibility, budget and objectives. The Basic plan can get you started with not just a simple routine, but physical and neuromuscular gains, and increased kinesthetic awareness, strength, speed, power and more. Whichever plan you choose, ASP makes it easy to upgrade at any time as your needs evolve.

Can I train on my own at ASP?

ASP does not have an open gym policy. Each of our programs is fully customized per individual to elicit the most profound results possible under the guidance of our elite strength and conditioning and sports medicine staff in an effort to mainatain a safe, structured, and motivational environment proven through science.

Is there a minimum commitment? How do I cancel?

There is no minimum commitment beyond your month-to-month obligation, and you can upgrade and cancel your plan at any time. We won’t charge a cancellation fee or ask you to sign an annual contract. You will be charged each month on your sign up date until you provide written notice of cancellation. To cancel a paid membership successfully, you must email [email protected] with 30 days notice of cancellation.

Your assessment begins with an in-depth subjective intake of your strengths, weaknesses, goals, and needs - what you want to work on. Follow that up with a comprehensive injury intake. Next, we break you out into an objective clinical assessment including biomechanics, tissue quality, range of motion, past/chronic/acute injury evaluation, and other measures if indicated to get a solid understanding of your musculoskeletal makeup and needs. If not contraindicated, we then assess baseline strength, power, and energy system capacity as it relates to your personal goals and/or sport(s). Finally, we have the information needed to create a custom program specifically for you. Then throughout your training, we coach, closely monitor, track and iterate you and your program for the best results possible. Our goal is to help you achieve peak performance in sport and life.
