Elite Care

ASP Hybridized Performance Coach

An ASP Hybridized Performance Coach walks in multiple worlds of strength and conditioning, performance, and Physical Therapy or Athletic Training: rehab and injury prevention for all populations.

Over the past 15 years we have developed a model to help every type of athlete you can imagine: pro, amateur, lifestyle, and office athletes alike. The ability to walk in both worlds (performance and sports medicine) is what allows us to have such a profound impact on our athletes’ success.

Further, we have customized our own software over the past 15 years and have created the world’s largest hybridized exercise database to drive exercise prescription, delivery, swift program iteration, as well as assessment tools, communication and storage. Our software acts as the database management system that assimilates all of our collective expertise and experience to collectively guide and track our athletes’ progress, allowing all of us to do so much more for our people and so much more with our time.

ASP Internship
Successful completion of the ASP Education Program has helped many interns in their pursuits of physical therapy, post graduate work, strength and conditioning, athletic training, coaching, and personal training goals.

By providing a comprehensive and well rounded approach, our interns come away with two significant benefits:

  • The ability to recognize structural, functional, biomechanical and physiological trends, patterns, predispositions, etiology in applied sports science
  • The ability to address such issues specific to each individual’s needs

ASP stresses the importance of an in-depth knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology, and performance physiology to properly structure programs and adapt as all exercise prescription requires.
